Runes of Magic has won the German Game Developer Award in the category of Best Online Game 2010 for the second year in a row. Our Community from all corners of Germany was asked to vote for their favourite titles of 2010 in the public competition. The award was presented last night at a gala in the Lichtburg Theater in Essen, Germany.

“We are really happy that Runes of Magic has now been awarded the German Game Developer Award for the second time.” comments Daniel Ullrich, Chief Marketing Officer and Director of Frogster Online Gaming GmbH. “It’s a particularly special honour because the Best Online Game category is decided by the players. On top of that, Runes of Magic has been nominated for further awards, including the “MMO Site Reader’s Choice Awards” and the “Massive Online Gamer MMO of 2010” in a selection of categories. Voting for these awards is open until December 15th and December 11th respectively.
