Runes of Magic Play Now!
PLAYA unique fashion show which Frogster is staging as part of their GamesCom program of events on the main stage in Hall 8 will bridge the gap between the virtual world of Runes of Magic and reality. As part of a catwalk presentation featuring attractive models the publisher will exhibit a one-off fashion collection for the first time worldwide on Friday, 20/08 from 16:00 until 17:30 and Saturday, 21/08 from 15:00 until 16:00.
Based on the motto, ‘Gaming goes Fashion’, the Berlin-based design studio, Textilzelle, will present interpretations of seven different character classes from the virtual world of Runes of Magic and transform the designs into an extraordinary fashion collection. Frogster will at the same time introduce the fashionable outfits in digital form within a fashion show in the virtual surroundings of Runes of Magic.
The event will be presented by Florian Kamolz, a former presenter of the German gaming TV channel ‘GIGA’ along with Gina-Lisa Lohfink, the well-known model who recently adorned the front page of German Playboy.
The GamesCom 2010 is getting nearer and we’re asking you to show us how creative you can be. True Runes of Magic fans have the unique chance to strut their stuff on the catwalk in traditional Taborean costumes.
The best entries will win a RoM-themed Casemod PC.
Mark Alan Githens of www.mag-modding.de is the artist behind this unique Casemod PC. The experienced artist has given us a few pictures so we can see how his masterpieces are coming along:
