Christmas is coming to Taborea with Patch 3.0.7 along with a range of special events and promotions with a seasonal theme guaranteed to put you in the festive mood.

Today the Snowflake Festival will be launched, bringing a little Christmas charm to adventurers of Taborea plus the chance to earn great rewards for the completion of special daily tasks. You will get the opportunity to clad your in-game houses with festive decorations including seeds for a magnificent Christmas tree.

There are more prizes on offer in the Bake and Make Christmas Contest which promises to put your creativity to the test. You're invited to create something Christmassy but also related to Runes of Magic! Whether your medium is dough, glue, pen and paper, or something quite different is up to you, entries must be relevant to the game and above all, they have to look awesome! 

The best entries can expect not only to be rewarded with hardware prizes such as a Network Media Player and a Shuttle PC, but also with valuable in-game mounts.
