Give Owenstein a standard Potion of Luck and he'll happily brew you a Potent Luck Potion. We've lowered the price of Potion of Luck to 5 diamonds in the item shop, so you won't have to even spend a penny - Speak to Cedric, the Trade Merchant to get 5 diamonds in exchange for a few gold.
