To ensure that this years' Gamescom will be a blast just like last year, many of our fellow co-workers from Frogster will travel there early on. From Monday 15th August 2011 until Sunday 21st August 2011 all hands will be on deck to polish and tune the consumer booth for anyone who comes to visit us there!

Please be reminded that during this time the response from our Customer Care Representatives may be affected and additional waiting time can occur. We ask our players to be patient and assure that any request will be addressed as soon as possible.

We furthermore would like to ask any players to refrain from checking the status of their request with additional tickets since those will only increase the time until the actual ticket will be addressed.
