Capture the Rune Screenshot Contest
The warrior extended his jittery and sweaty hand, only a few more inches away from his hard earned reward after all the fighting.
It felt like being hit by a bolt of lightning, magical power litterely screamed through his very body, filling him with power, energy and the will to battle once his hand touched the rune floating in midair!
The Power of the Rune pulsated through every vein of the Team Red member, making his muscles bulge and forming him into a true Rune Warrior!
Nothing would be able to...
"Say cheese!" yelled someone from out of the shadows.
The warrior whirled surprised around only to spot a rogue stepping out of the shadows, holding a strange box between his agile fingers.
The flash of light was the last thing the warrior did ever see.
A little while later members of Team Red admired smirking the perfect photo made by the rogue.
A perfectly surprised looking Rune Warrior could be seen...and a blazing fireball at his back, cast by the mage standing behind him, bubbling towards the warrior.
Welcome to the next Runes of Magic Community Event.
Starting with the 10. August 2009 we will host in cooperation with some fansites a screenshot contest, featuring the new PvP zone "Karros Canyon".
To participate in this event you will need a little bit more commitment than usual. But it's well worth it!
Form a team of 6 and throw yourself into the fray! To participate officially you will need to send in the original or artfully improved screenshots you have taken to one of the participating fansites.
Please note: it is very important that you include each of the team members ingame & account name in the mail to one of the fansites.
Only through this requirement it will be possible to hand out the prices afterwards.

Entering the contest „Capture the Rune“ is tentative and free.

By entering the competition "Capture the Rune" the entrants declare their consent to the production of sound and image recordings at no cost.
Simultaneously, the entrant grants Frogster Online Gaming GmbH and Frogster Interactive Pictures AG all copyright-related usage rights, ancillary copyrights, personal and other rights (e.g. merchandizing, ancillary printing rights, online/Internet and database rights) in the sound and/or image recordings produced during participation in "Capture the Rune" at no cost, including the right in one's own image as well as legal protection of one's name and all usage rights therein on an exclusive basis. The entrant shall desist from enforcing any claims by way of injunction or arrest or any claims for payment whatsoever.
Liability
All liability of Frogster Online Gaming GmbH and Frogster Interactive Pictures AG for the technical preconditions existing for a timely participation in "Capture the Rune" is excluded.
