In May we ran with you, the Runes of Magic Community, a huge 2-part survey on topics around the game. One part focussed on the trade of Diamonds through the game's Auction House.
The results of that survey were very positive, so we decided to change the options how our players could trade Diamonds in the Auction House. We temporarily deactivated the option of trading Items for Diamonds, leaving the option to trade Diamonds for Gold (and vice versa).
The test has proven to be successful and we found that our players prefer the option of only trading gold for Diamonds and Diamonds for gold.
We would like to thank all our players for their great feedback which helped us greatly determining the final system.
Like we said in May, we want to regularly gather you feedback on several specific topics - so the next survey is already in the works. Stay tuned!
