Participation in Frogster Online Gaming GmbH competitions is always without obligation and free of charge.
You can withdraw from the competition by sending an email to Frogster Online Gaming GmbH (support@runesofmagic.com).
Participation conditionsAnyone, who is at least 13 years of age at the time of entering the competition and resident within the EU, is entitled to participate. By entering the competition, the entrants agree to be bound by the official rules. The judge's decision is final. Each participant may only register once and is required to state a private email address as well as his contact details.
Frogster Online Gaming GmbH and Frogster Interactive Pictures AG staff and their relatives are excluded from participation.
We reserve the right to disqualify and exclude from all competitions any participants, who manipulate or attempt to manipulate the system and/or the competitions/sites, or breach the conditions of participation or the code of ethics, or otherwise attempt to influence the competition by any other unfair or dishonest means.
The winners will be determined at the end of the competition either by an internal jury or in further rounds and with the assistance of the community.
Any participant that has successfully completed the preliminary rounds and does not respond to the notification of the win within the given time period is no longer entitled to claim the prize; this shall be awarded to an alternative winner instead.
There is no legal entitlement to payment. The prize cannot be transferred to third parties.
By participating in Frogster Online Gaming GmbH events, the participant declares that he agrees to the production of free-of-charge sound and image recordings.
At the same time, with regard to the sound and picture recordings and every production resulting from these, the participant grants Frogster Online Gaming GmbH and Frogster Interactive Pictures AG the exclusive rights to all copyrights, ancillary copyrights, personal or other rights (e.g. merchandising, subsidiary printing rights, and online, internet and database rights), including the legal protection of names and images, and all rights of use of same, that arise as the result of participating in these competitions.
The participant waives his right to assert any claims by way of interim injunction or arrest, as well as his entitlement to claim payments of any kind.
Neither Frogster Online Gaming GmbH nor Frogster Interactive Pictures AG accept any liability for ensuring that the technical requirements for entering our competitions on time are met.
