1. Opening the Item Shop

You can access the Item Shop by clicking on the "Present" icon next to the mini-map or via "Functions" menu in the lower right corner of the screen.
Just click on the cogwheel symbol and chose "Item Shop" from the list. Click here and the Item Shop window will appear. (A)

2. Range of Items

Upon opening the Item Shop, the main Item Shop window will appear.

The part of the shop listing all the Items you can buy with diamonds can be found by clicking on the third button of the left hand side of the hot-bar in the upper part of the window (A).

On the left hand side (B) you can choose the different categories of items and when you then click on one of those categories, the items that currently are available in that specific category will appear in the main frame of the Item Shop window.

The yellow numbers at the bottom of the middle part of the window show how many pages of items this category has - you can jump to other pages by clicking the numbers (C).

3. Topping-Up Diamonds

If you click the button "Diamond Buying" (A) in the upper left corner of the window, a dialogue will open that guides you to an external website on which you can exchange real currency for diamonds.

Diamonds are the Item Shop currency, in order to be able to buy items in the Item Shop, you need to have diamonds credited to your game account first.

If you chose this option, another window will appear that will ask you to confirm that you want to go to the external website where you can exchange real currency for diamonds.

Chose button "Accept" (B) to go on.

4. Viewing Items

If an item interests you or you'd like to have more information about it, you can left-click on the button with the shopping cart (A). The item and its description will appear in an additional window (B).

The example shows what happens if you left-click the shopping cart button of the item "Experience Potion".

In the additional window you can read the information that this Potion will increase your experience gained in combat by 50% for one hour.

5. Item Preview

Some Item Shop items like furniture or mounts can be previewed in game. If you left-click these items (A) an additional window displaying a preview of that item will pop-up at the right side (B). You can look items in the preview box from lots of different angles and perspectives - simply left-click on the picture and drag your mouse around a little!

6. Purchasing an Item

When you've decided to purchase a specific item, you just have to left-click the shopping cart button next to the item (A). An additional window with detailed information will appear (see #4 - Looking at items). If you left-click the "confirm" button in this window, you confirm that you want to by the item. As soon as you click the button, a password prompt (B) will open, which asks you to enter your secondary password to continue with the transaction. Once you have done that and confirmed this by pressing the "Accept" button (C), the item will instantly be placed in your Item Shop Bag (go to #8).

Important: You only have to enter your secondary password the first time you buy an item in that play-session - If you buy another item, it will be instantly bought upon clicking the confirm button! However, relogging reactivates the password prompt.

7. Insufficient Diamonds

Should you not have enough dimaonds to purchase an item, you will see a message window pop up (A). To buy the item you can exchange real currency for diamonds. Use the button "Diamond Buying" to top up diamonds (go to #3 - Topping up Diamonds).

8. Confirmation

Every purchase will be confirmed in the chat window at the bottom left of the interface (A). You can see what you purchased and how much you paid for it.

9. Receiving Purchased Items

As soon as you've purchased an item, it will be put into your Item Shop Backpack. You can access it by opening you backpack and then clicking the present Icon (A).
