Trading Diamonds in the Auction House

The Runes of Magic Auction House allows players to trade certain items for either in-game gold or Diamonds - our in-game Item Shop currency.

These transactions can bear certain risks for the person selling an item, for example, if the buyer has acquired the Diamonds with a stolen credit card.

Wanting to lessen the impact, we have implemented a fraud-protection system subjecting certain Diamond purchases to restrictions until the financial transaction has been cleared:

This security measure also applies to gifts being sent to other players.

Diamonds bought using the following payment methods are subject to a time delay before they can be traded through the Auction House or can be used to send gifts to other players.

Note: All purchased Diamonds can be used in the Item Shop without delay.

Minors: Minors are allowed to use FOG products and services only in agreement with their legal guardians. Minors have to provide the agreement of their legal guardian before the start of the contractual relationship either in writing or by e-mail.

The use of diamonds to buy or sell items in the ingame auction house can be restricted or disabled by FOG at any time. FOG is allowed to change the terms of service related to the ingame auction house at any time. This applies to all games by FOG. Prices may vary depending on the promotion.
